Pamela Parah-Tobin, Owner

Pam has been in the insurance business since 1991, writing both personal and commercial insurance, focusing on building her insurance family.  Pam started 123 Insurance, Inc. on 1/1/2012 after purchasing her many customers from her previous employer.  Pam believes in educating her customers and spending that extra time with them so they are comfortable with and understand their insurance coverage.  She makes insurance as easy as 123 for her customers.


Nicole Tatro De Moya, Producer

Nicole started her insurance career in 2005, focusing on the complete insurance portfolio, including personal, commercial, life and disability coverage.  She is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Sociology.  Before joining the agency, Nicole was a personal and commercial producer and financial services representative for State Farm Insurance as well as an agent for Farm Family Insurance.  A native Vermonter, Nicole recently located to Colchester in 2019 with her husband, Tom.  Nicole writes both personal and small commercial policies and is the life insurance specialist in the agency.  When she can find free time, Nicole enjoys boating on the waters of Lake Champlain.


Kristy J. Lemieux, Producer

Kristy joined the 123 Insurance team in December 2018, but is certainly not new to insurance.  She began her insurance career back in 2003 working for a local agency in St. Albans for almost 14 years and most recently came to 123 Insurance from a large agency in Chittenden County.  Kristy is born and raised here in Franklin county, so knows the area and how to accommodate the needs of our clients.  She has a degree in Public Health and in her free time you can find her at her children’s sporting events, running, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.  Kristy resides in Williston with her partner, Randy and two children, Cole and Lexie.

Ryan Parah-Brown, Producer

Ryan recently joined the agency in 2019 after growing up in the industry with his mother; Pam Parah.  For the past 7 years Ryan has been living and working in Burlington Vermont, with his partner; Kevin and three dogs; Maddie, Pandora and Sully.  Ryan looks forward to expanding 123 Insurance business into the Burlington area.  Ryan is excited about getting you the best coverage at the best rate for all of your insurance needs!


Renae Masse, Personal Lines Coordinator

Renae joined our 123 Insurance family in April, 2016, although she is no stranger to insurance.   She became a licensed Property and Casualty agent in 1995.  She has worked in multiple roles of the insurance agency, primarily in personal lines, but also including small commercial insurance.   In 2019, Renae assumed the role of Personal Lines Coordinator working in our front reception area.  Renae provides personal lines customer service, and mentors new employees, and helps ensure all aspects of customer service runs smoothly.  Renae lives in Fairfield with her two sons, Austin and Dylan.  When she is not working she enjoys watching her boys playing lacrosse and basketball and spending time with family and friends.


Caitlyn Choquette, Personal Lines Service Representative

Caitlyn has been with 123 Insurance since September 2012.  She joined the agency with 5 years’ experience as a commercial underwriting technician with Union Mutual in Montpelier.  Caitlyn is a licensed agent and focuses on handling customer service and renewal review in our personal lines department.  She processes endorsements, binders, claims, and can answer any billing questions you may have.  She resides in Highgate Springs with her husband Luc and two children Sophia and Graham.


Christine Kilburn, Personal Lines Service Representative

Chris has been working in the customer service field since 1993 and has always loved working with people.  She enjoys seeing clients leave with their questions/problems resolved and knowing that she had a part in it.  Her duties include answering incoming phone calls, greeting clients and assisting them with their needs (payments, changes, questions), processing and distributing faxes and addressing billing questions.

Chris grew up in Vermont and married her high school sweetheart, Steele. They have 2 children, Tyler and Rena. She recently moved back home to Vermont from Florida to be closer to her family. In her free time, there is nothing that she enjoys more than spending time with her granddaughter, Harper.


Patti Alberts, Personal Lines Service Representative

The key to 123’s successful growth is having the best support staff around.  Thankfully Patti joined the agency in 2018 to provide the additional help needed to keep up with our expanding sales team.  She brought with her a background in accounting and great attention to detail.  You will find Patti directing calls, providing customer service, processing policy changes, and assisting the producers with their ever growing books of business.  She resides in Alburgh with her partner Michael, and her children.


Robin Sweeney, Commercial Lines Service Representative

Robin was born and spent her childhood in New York City before moving to Vermont in 1984.  After graduating high school in 1987, she attended Champlain College and completed a 4 year degree in Business.  Robin became a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in 2001 and then went on to complete her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in 2004.  Robin actively works in both the personal and commercial lines arena to better serve our customer’s needs.  In her spare time, she enjoys watching her children play basketball and soccer.  Robin resides in Fairfax with her husband of 12 years and two children, Brandon and Madison.


Cathie Rocheleau, Commercial Lines Service Representative

Cathie became a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in 2005, focusing on commercial insurance, and joined the agency in 2019.   Cathie has also received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation.   Cathie resides in Swanton with her husband and children.   In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies or relaxing by a fire eating BBQ.


Jodi Mashia, Retention Specialist

Jodi is a lifelong Vermonter.  Hailing from Saint Johnsbury, she moved to Burlington for college and has settled in Westford with her family.  Her insurance career began in 2008 as a customer service representative focusing on the property and casualty business.  At the crossroads of starting her family in 2012 she made the move to 123 Insurance from Winooski Insurance; with flexible hours she was able to be a working at home mom.  Her position has evolved into handling all auto and homeowner’s renewals, and reviewing policies to be sure the best premium and coverage is always being offered.  When she isn’t working she and her husband, Jason, are busy with their young kids, Whitney and Caleb.  Just to keep them on their toes they also have a dog, Sully.



Louise St. Amour, HR/Executive Assistant

Louise joined the 123 Insurance team in 2017 as a part-time staff member.  She became a licensed Property and Casualty agent in 2019 and now enjoys her full-time role at the agency as the Executive Assistant and Human Recourse Rep.  Louise lives in Georgia with her dog, Copper, and cat, Oliver.  She has two children, Kyle and Mary.  In her spare time, she enjoys working outside in her vegetable and flower gardens.   On summer evenings, you can catch Louise stocking a fire in her back yard fire pit.


Renae Parah, Bookkeeper

Renae Parah joined the agency in 2014 working behind the scenes bookkeeping and accounting part-time.  Renae is no stranger to multi-tasking as her full time job is raising her daughters, Madison and twins, Izabelle & Karleigh alongside her husband Nathan in Milton, VT.  Renae has been an integral part of the team, maintaining the books, supporting the agency through its beginning and tremendous growth.
